I have extensive editing experience, having served as editor and editor-in-chief for my undergraduate philosophy journal and a guest editor for the AMA Journal of Ethics. I have also published multiple peer-reviewed publications, and written several successful personal statements for prestigious academic institutions. Finally, over the past 5 years, I have reviewed applications for Integrated Plastic Surgery (a highly competitive specialty), which has helped me learn — from the other side — what stands out and what doesn’t.
